Preparing for IU day 09

Sorry havn't updated my blog in such a long time. I've been busy with preparing for this year's IU day,marching competition and the upcoming exams.

This year's theme for IU day is Surfing The Summer Soundwave(beach). Dresscode is casual.(Boardshorts,t-shirts, sundresses etc.) It is going to be held in our smktd hall a.k.a. Arena Wira from 10am to about 2pm. Tickets can be purcased on the actual day itself (standard price RM 16). I know a lot of people are disappointed that its being held in the afternoon but we didn't have much of a choice. Other than the time everything is turning out pretty good. Performances include Dances, Band, Magic Show, and Sketch. Some of the Interacters will be doing a tribute to Mj and even dancing to one of Lady Gaga's songs for the finale. The dance is a last minute thing we just started practising last week but everyone is putting a whole lot of heart into it. So far so good everyone is keeping up with the steps without much of a problem. This is going to be so much fun! xD

My god sis and I went all over the place looking for a suitable function hall where we can hold our 2009 IU day. We started in Mid Valley. After going to all the hotels we decided to go Sunway and see the ballrooms/halls there. It was a suggestion from a friend. so my jie and I took the subway cause it was the cheapest way to travel. Thanks to our 'amazing' knowledge of the public trainsport system we started in Mid and ended up in Kepong ! really GG way. We took another train back to KL Central. I ran out of time and decided to call it a day. Thank god my cousin was free to fetch me back home. But at least now I found out how to get there already. hahaz.. I'm a real bubble brain... >.<

One of the worst days?

After almost 2months of being stuck at home i decided its time I go out with friends and have some fun. But everyone seem to be busy, broke or either grounded. On top of that when I called my dad to pick me up after school I found out that he was working. So I had to decide between walking home or wait for him (there is only my ipod to teman me). So i decide to walk home. Half way back it started raining. Gosh.... i really do have the best luck today... By the time I got home it looked as if I just came out of the shower. The worst part is it stopped raining shortly after I got home. Amazing... @.@

But thank God my day didn't get any worse than that. Just Got stuck at home finishing up projects and brushing up on my dancing and violin 'skills'... hahaz... xD

I guess thats about it for today. I'll update asap. ^^

Sorry for the late updates. Been busy with a whole lot of things lately. As everyone knows I've not been studying since last year. It was fun while it lasted. Now it's nothing but study study study. Mid terms are coming up. 12th - 27 of May. Gosh... Not to mention IU Day, moral projects plus the magazine thingy. lolzz.. New maths teacher is darn strict. Crapness lar.... haih... @.@

Hmm....

Even with mid terms coming up all I can think about dancing. I know I screwed last year's iu dance up and it wasnt a pretty sight. T.T but this year will be different. It's a whole new year and a whole new team. Less bickering, more dancing , we started practise a lot earlier plus I know what I'm in for this year. Practise! Practise! Practise! Weee! xD

Btw.... for all those who are wondering how Bao Bei (my lil wRabbit) is...He is getting way more fluffy and cute by the day! ^^
